we ate in the lovely restaurant especially for the price which was reasonably priced. it was compact, included a good bed plus tea-making facilities, a balcony, and a storage.

Possibly the best and really good stay on the weekend. Compact & generous-sized unit with a view of the newly finished light rail and shower. Magnificent location very close to Reserve Bank of Australia. Walking distance to the main shopping centre and a shopping centre across the street...

Really busy area.

I had a pleasant stay at novotel, where the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was clean and spacious, which made it comfortable for my family. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore and enjoy various shops without hassle.

I booked but my Mum and girlfriend stayed there. They were overall happy with the hotel there was only one problem, see above. When I raise dthe problem the next day Frank really did try and sort it all out in a very reasonable way. Thanks.

Warm and efficient reception. Excellent parking. Clean, orderly facilities and comfort in room. Proximity to restaurants and shopping. Excellent buffet breakfast and smooth checkout. Everything we desired for a weekend visit. Highly recommend.

I liked the room very much, very comfortable spacious and stylish without being too pretentious.The bed was soooo comfy with plenty of pillows and the room was very clean and welcoming. Excellent hanging space and I love the large shower head!

I did not like paying $15 for parking. We did not know about this until we checked in!

I stayed for four nights on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s excellent location, which made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet glass of wine in the evening. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the friendly staff provided great service during my stay. The on-site restaurant offered fantastic meals that were a delight after long days of meetings.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom mirror was difficult to use, particularly for my wife to apply makeup and there was no mirror at the room desk/table..

clean & comfy and that bed would have to be the biggest I have ever slept in . I'd like to thank the female staff member @ Booked.net for swapping the booking dates at no extra cost.I always say that word of mouth is a powerful tool more so when it is positive ! Thank you again

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and nearby restaurants. My room was spacious and very clean. It had a cozy corner where I could relax with a book. The breakfast included was decent, providing enough variety to start my day right.

The parking was a bit tight and stressful.

More than adequate and above average breakfast with most sections, the eggs & bacon plus the pancakes, value for money. Extremely pleasant and well-stocked rooms with comfortable king size bed, the level below plus a balcony, excellent pool area.
